Workflow Automation Solution for Drone-Based Oil Rig Inspections
We built a secure customer portal with a back end powered by proprietary Machine Learning algorithms. The system serves as a universal platform for automated order, document, and digital asset management. Its key features include:
- User administration: an oil production company can register an account and track the data on UAV inspections performed at the facilities they own
- Image and video processing: the system uses smart algorithms to process visual data captured by inspection drones

RFID-based Asset Tracking Solution for Warehouses
Smart system to automate inventory tracking
Migero delivered a custom asset tracking solution based on the embedded TCP/IP stack:
- We equipped each item in a warehouse with customized active RFID tags, which communicate with beacons installed across the warehouse perimeter
- Once in an hour, the tags send data packets containing unique identifiers through a radio bearer to the local network of beacons
- The beacons transmit the information on the equipment status to the client’s server via an Ethernet connection
Cloud-Based Data Analytics Platform for Injection Molding Machines
An intelligent system for the management and predictive maintenance of molding machines.
A market-ready solution would:
- Collect mold condition and process data from sensors installed on injection molds
- Track KPIs of molding operations in real time
- Detect abnormal behavior and notify operators before the defects result in a failure
For the first phase, the system had to consist of three parts:
- Temperature and mold movement sensors for analysis of the mold behavior and process
- Edge device that collects and analyzes data sending the crucial information to the cloud
- AWS cloud for data analysis and mold behavior prediction
